Women's Self-Defense Classes and Clinics for Adults and Teens
Self-Defense classes for women to gain self-confidence in their ability to defend themselves in any situation using basic and easy-to-remember techniques to protect themselves.
This course will instill self-confidence on a woman's ability to defend herself in any situation using basic and easy to remember techniques to protect oneself. Participants will learn how to deploy effective strikes and techniques against an assailant. Class is led by Allison Willis who is a former Los Angeles County Sheriff's Drill Instructor/Use of Force Instructor. Class is assisted by a former Marine and retired Los Angeles County Sheriff's Deputy. Both have a passion to spread confidence, resiliency, and strength to the women in our community.
Montrose Recreation District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
