Teen Fitness Orientation
We love having our youth and teen members actively use the rec center to build strong, healthy habits! To ensure a safe, fun, and respectful environment for everyone, we have a few facility guidelines based on age:
- Ages 13 & Under: You are welcome to run around and do bodyweight exercises on the downstairs gym floor, but you must remain downstairs. The upstairs fitness area is reserved for older teens and adults.
- Ages 14 & 15: You are welcome to work out in the upstairs fitness area, but you must first complete our Teen Fitness Orientation and wear your issued wristband at all times.
- Ages 16 & Older: You are permitted upstairs without taking the test or wearing a wristband, but you are always welcome to take the orientation if you would like a refresher on our facility rules and equipment basics.
How to Get Your Teen Fitness Wristband (Ages 14 & 15)
