Athletes develop swing, putting, and course skills while building confidence, fitness, and teamwork in supportive, inclusive practices and competitions.

Athletes with intellectual disabilities will learn bowling techniques, improve skills, and compete in a supportive environment. Enjoy camaraderie, fun, and the joy of achievement. All skill levels are welcome!

Dive into fun and fitness!  Inclusive practice sessions for all abilities to improve their strokes, build confidence, and celebrate achievements.
