Mountain Biking

Mountain biking programs offer riders of all levels the chance to build skills, confidence, and trail awareness in a fun, supportive environment. Options range from middle school programs focused on fundamentals and group riding to adult sessions that emphasize technique, fitness, and exploring new terrain. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to improve, these programs help riders safely enjoy the trails and connect with others who share a passion for biking.

Spring Middle School Camp 

This camp is for the beginner who wants to learn basic skills in a fun environment. Learn basic maintenance and how to fix common problems. Led by 5x Master’s National Champion Laurie Brandt and members of the MHS Mountain Bike Team.

Date: Monday, Wednesday, Thursday - April 27th-30th

Registration Deadline: April 23rd

Time: 5:30-7:30pm

Ages: 11-14

Cost: $55 per person (includes loaner gear, if needed)

Summer Middle School Camp 

This camp is for the beginner who wants to learn basic skills in a fun environment. Learn basic maintenance and how to fix common problems. Led by 5x Master’s National Champion Laurie Brandt and members of the MHS Mountain Bike Team.

Date: Wednesdays, June 10th-24th

Registration Deadline: Sunday, 7th

Time: 6:00-8:00pm

Ages11-14

Cost: $55 per person (includes loaner gear, if needed)

Coed Adult Clinics 

This clinic is for both the beginner rider who needs to learn more about the basic skills to be safer and for the intermediate rider who has reached a skills plateau and some skills just seem too hard. Led by 5x Master’s National Champion Laurie Brandt!

Session 1: Sunday, April 26th

Session 2: Sunday, June 21st

Time: 9:00am-1:00pm

Ages: 15+

Cost: $50/person or $85/couple

Women's Adult Clinic
