Suzy has been involved in the Fitness, Holistic Health and Rehabilitation field for 25 years. Most recently, I returned to school to earn a Massage Therapy License which has given me a deeper understanding of anatomy, physiology, structure, and function of the human body as well as, the importance of stretching and moving muscles daily. My goal as a personal trainer is to use all that I have learned to help motivate, support and guide clients toward an active, healthy, lifestyle in and out of the gym. Personal Training is an investment in health and what is learned from it should last a lifetime.
