MRD maintenance staff has located and ordered the new unit needed to repair the ventilation system in the lap pool. It should arrive the week of Sept. 18. As soon as we have an electrician lined up they will complete the install. In the meantime the lap pool is operating as normal. Open exterior doors, overhead fans and fans on the deck are circulating enough air for everyone to safely use the lap pool. There is no noticeable chlorine odor in the lap pool. We will update patrons if there is a change in the timeline.
