Friday Family Fun Night
The Montrose Recreation District encourages families to recreate together. We continue to offer our Family Fun Night so come together and join in the fun. We've discounted our general admission to $3 per family member.

- Admission: $3.00 per person
Birthday Parties
- Splash and Dash~Groups of 10 or more
- $3.75/person with 2 weeks advance notice. Available during our normal open swim times, but there is no guarantee of a table.
- Available: During our normal open swim times.
- Icing on the Cake~Groups of 10 or more
- $3.75/person with 2 weeks advance notice. Reserve a table and chairs for an additional $10.
- Available: During our normal open swim times.
- Wet N Wild~Groups of up to 15
- $100. We provide the balloons, decorations, cake, ice cream and a lifeguard to play water games with the guests.
- Available: During Open Swim times on Saturdays and Sundays
- Children 6 & under must still be within arms length of an actively participating adult in the water.
- Water Wings~Groups up to 15
- $120. A Wet and Wild party, as well as a 2 hour room rental.
- Available: During Open Swim times on Saturdays and Sundays
- Private Parties
- 2 hours ~ 1-50 in party ~ $150/pool only; $170/Pool and a Room
- 2 hours ~ 51-100 in party ~ $220/pool only; $240/Pool and a Room
- Private Parties are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 6:30 - 8:30 pm
*Please note that during all parties children under the age of 7 must be within arms length of a actively participating adult in the water.
FREE Summer Lunch Program
The Montrose County School District, the Black Canyon Boys and Girls Club, MRD and the Colorado Department of Education are teaming up to provide free meals for youth at the Aquatic Center, Olathe Elementary School, the Montrose Library and Centennial
Middle School. Youth will be served a free, nutritious lunch throughout the summer on weekdays from June 3rd to August 2nd (no lunches July 1st through 5th).

Dog Days of Summer
An afternoon of swimming and fun for our four-legged friends and their owners! Aquatics staff will open up the inside pool, outside pool and splash pad for responsible pet owners and their dogs. All dogs must be on a leash. Proceeds will go to MAPA (Montrose Animal Protection Agency).

Volunteer Appreciation BBQ
MRD would like to thank our volunteers and their families for the invaluable service they provide to MRD and the Montrose community – many of our programs could not happen without your service. Please RSVP to your program coordinator and join us for great food, company and swimming.

Youth Appreciation Day
Take advantage of Free Swim and Slide during Youth Appreciation Day! Cool off and refresh so you can enjoy activities all day long.

- Fee: FREE for youth under 18! (Children under 7 must be with an actively participating adult)
Summer of Health
Have you heard about the Summer of Health? Well, I would like to invite you to join MRD, the Montrose Daily Press, the County, Montrose Memorial Hospital, the Center for Mental Health, and Livewell Montrose-Olathe in the fun! It's a 10 week community driven program dedicated to healthier living. The Summer of Health will Kick off on Saturday, June 15th at 8:59 am at Centennial Plaza with a weight loss challenge & Youth Passport Program. You can participate in the weight loss challenge as a team of four or as an individual. Participants 18 years or older have the opportunity to win prizes each week, and the grand prize is valued at $1,000.00 !
Kids who join in on the fun with the passport program will also have opportunities to win weekly prizes just by being active and eating healthier.
