Make a splash with water exercise! This is the perfect exercise for people just starting a routine, or those that want to diversify their workouts! Water aerobics offers a great cardiovascular workout that will tone the entire body. The buoyancy of the water also helps protect the joints and is perfect for participants at all levels.

Aqua Aerobics
A full body workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance, strength, coordination, and flexibility. Various aqua equipment will be used to increase water resistance, promoting higher fitness levels. Aqua shoes are recommended.

Splash Aerobics
A high energy aerobic and strength training class. Resistance bands and/or barbells are used to tone your muscles in this class. Aqua shoes are recommended.

Express Aerobics
This class is a fantastic way to mentally and physically get rid of your work day stress. Muscle strengthening, cardio, and pilates techniques are combined to make a complete workout.

The Aerobic Zone
Training in the aerobic zone benefits the heart and breathing system, regardless of age. The water creates a low impact environment for building strength and flexibility. This class focuses on improved posture as well as full body awareness.

Twinges in the Hinges
A gentle non-impact exercise class designed to provide range of motion to every joint in the body. Additional benefits include strengthening and increased endurance. A physicians consent form is required.

The Deep
This class uses interval training alternating periods of higher and lower intensity exercise. Pacing is increased until an aerobic threshold is reached, followed by a decrease in pace returning to regular target heart rate zone. Deep water is a non-impact exercise class using power for perfect body conditioning for the more athletic water participant.
