Diving
This class will teach basic to intermediate springboard skills. Equivalent to Level 3 swim skills required. Intermediate level should be able to dive and/or flip off the board.

Adult Stroke Clinic
This stroke clinic is offered just in time to get ready for the Black Canyon Sprint Triathlon.

Try Scuba
Have you always wanted to try Scuba Diving but haven't had the opportunity? Then we have a class for you! You will get a brief orientation and then we will take you on the chance of a lifetime. All equipment is provided. Pre-registration is required and all participants should be comfortable in the water.

Workplace CPR & First Aid / American Red Cross Certified Courses
Combines adult, infant, and child CPR along with first aid training to teach participants to recognize and care of breathing and cardiac emergencies; perform first aid for cuts, scrapes, burns, bleeding, sprains, and strains; treat sudden illness, including poisoning and heat and cold emergencies; minimize the effects of shock, and recognize emergencies.

Lifeguard Training
This class is offered to individuals 15 years and older. It will teach all the skills necessary to become a professional lifeguard including CPR, First Aid, and all the rescue techniques. The required pre-test is a 300-meter swim (12 lengths), two-minute tread without hands, and retrieving a 10-pound brick from the bottom of the pool nine feet or deeper.

Water Safety Instructor Course
This American Red Cross Water Safety Course provides instructor candidates the training needed to teach courses in the American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety Program by developing their understanding of how to use the course materials, how to conduct training sessions, and how to evaluate participants’ progress. *MUST BE 16 YEARS OR OLDER
