Lifeguard Training
This class is offered to individuals 15 years and older. It will teach all the skills necessary to become a professional lifeguard including CPR, First Aid, and all the rescue techniques. Required pre-test is a 500 swim (20 lengths), two minute tread and retrieving a ten pound brick from the bottom of the pool 9 feet or deeper.

Workplace Adult CPR Certification & First Aide Class
Combines adult, infant, and child CPR along with first aid training to teach participants to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies; perform first aid for cuts, scrapes, burns, bleeding, sprains and strains; treat sudden illness, including poisoning and heat and cold emergencies; minimize the effects of shock, and recognize emergencies.

Water Safety Instructor Course
This American Red Cross Water Safety Course provides instructor candidates the training needed to teach courses in the American Red Cross Swimming and Water Safety Program by developing their understanding of how to use the course materials, how to conduct training sessions and how to evaluate participants’ progress.
