Cerise Park

The Montrose Recreation District teamed up with the City of Montrose to develop Cerise Regional Park into community multipurpose fields. The 2 acre site has been named Stover Field in honor of the $40,000 contribution made by the Ward Foundation (Russell Stover Candies).

Thanks to the hard work of the Montrose Recreation District Maintenance Crew and other staff, sod placement on Stover Field was completed this July. The City of Montrose is busy working on the walkways, parking lot and road entrance.

You should have access to Stove Field soon. Take a stroll down the bike path in Baldridge park and you can check out Stover Field yourself.
