Stretch Exercise


This is a self-led, taped program with a volunteer instructor, Esther Montonati. Go at your own pace and get support from your peers. This class will increase flexibility and add to your energy.

Zumba® DVD


Zumba® is a dance fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance in effort to make exercise fun. Join us with our volunteer leader, Wini Tappan, and learn new moves following DVD instruction.

Reflexology


Reflexology is a complimentary therapy, which works on your feet to help heal the whole body. It helps improve circulation, promote better health, and rejuvenate your body and soul.
  • Dates: 2nd Friday monthly
  • Time: 8:30 - Noon; Appointments necessary, call Cindy at 252-4884 to schedule
  • Fee: $15 for 20 minutes

Judy Fletcher, RN Pedicures


Services include: foot assessment, foot soak, nail trim and thinning, corn and callus removal, skin sloughing treatment, and a light peppermint massage to improve circulation. Pedicures are performed by Registered Nurse, Judy Fletcher.

Chair Massage

Moving with Mike - The Complete Workout for Older Adults


This DVD led workout includes warm up, 20 minute workout and a 5 minute relaxing stretch exercise cool down. The work out section includes exercises for balance, leg strength, upper body strength, coordination and posture. The DVD shows both standing and sitting options. This class is led by volunteer leader Sylvia Settlemire.
