- The free weight area has been divided into distinct grids. Exercisers can take equipment into an open grid, but must clean that equipment before returning it to its rack.

Learn the 3 Ws
Practice the 3 W’s to slow the spread of germs:
Wear a mask.
- #MASKUP in public settings – indoors and outdoors – when around people who don’t live in your household.
- #MASKUP when it may be difficult for you to stay 6 feet apart.
- Take your mask off carefully when you’re home.
- #MASKUP correctly:
- Wash your hands before putting on your mask.
- Put it over your nose and mouth and secure it under your chin.
- Try to fit it snugly against the sides of your face.
- Make sure you can breathe easily.
- Don’t put it around your neck or on your forehead.
- Untie the strings behind your head or stretch the ear loops.
- Handle only by the ear loops or ties.
- Fold outside corners together.
- Place mask in the washing machine (learn more about how to wash masks).
- Be careful not to touch your eyes, nose, and mouth when removing your mask and wash hands immediately after.
For more info about masks (how to select, make or wash or wear them and special considerations), visit the CDC website.
Watch your distance.
- Stay home as much as possible, especially if you’re sick or feel like you may be getting sick. Learn more about COVID-19 v.s. flu symptoms.
- Being physically distant doesn’t mean you have to be socially distant.
- Stay at least 6 feet away from others who do not live in your household, whether outdoors or indoors. Outdoors is always better than indoors. The more fresh air the better.
- Avoid crowded places and gatherings where it may be difficult to maintain a distance of 6 feet from others.
- If you cannot maintain 6 feet, definitely #MASKUP.
- Avoid contact with people who are sick.
Wash your hands.
- Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds especially after you have been in a public place, or after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing.
- Use hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol, if soap and water are not available.
- Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands.
