Pilates Based Yoga

Pilates-based Integrative Yoga taught by Stanlee Smith uses a variety of Hatha Yoga styles, while implementing the fundamental principles of Pilates. By practicing Pilates based Yoga you will become stronger, gain more flexibility, reduce stress and develop better breathing. Improve balance, and overall body awareness and control. Yoga - Maintain your wellbeing
Experience the benefits of Yoga for yourself. Geared specifically for older adults by using chairs and other adaptive devices, this class will improve posture, circulation, flexibility and balance. Yoga will increase the strength of muscular, skeletal and nervous systems. Yoga relieves stress, improves sleep, and is a great way to improve total well-being. Please wear loose fitting, comfortable attire.

High Country Foot Pedicures - Feel Refreshed!
Services include: foot assessment, foot soak, nail trim and thinning, corn and callus removal, skin sloughing treatment, and a light peppermint massage to improve circulation. Performed by trained technicians under the supervision of owner Judy Fletcher, Registered Nurse.

Open Line Dancing
Learn how to perform line dance steps and dance description with the counts and formation. Dancing is a great activity for people age 50 and older because you can vary the level of physical exertion so easily.
